Board & Train
At Cordial Cavaliers we prioritize behavior modification with a focus on psychology and physiology. We use balanced training methods that are natural and easy for dogs to understand. Whether you’re struggling with potty training, overexcitement, basic obedience or leash manners we’re here to help! Videos of training sessions are available upon request, as well as a complementary one-on-one training session to go over everything that your Cavalier has learned.
Board and Train is $100/calendar day.
The cost of training includes basic training guides, a one on one session during pickup, a leather 1/4 inch slip lead and training treats.
Our training program covers a wide range of essential skills to set your dog up for success. Topics include:
Potty training
Crate training
Sit, stay, down, off, come commands
Heel and loose leash walking
“Go to kennel” on command
Wait and “leave it” commands
Other training areas-such as overcoming specific fears, off-leash work, and impulse control will also be worked on as needed. Training can begin as early as 9 weeks old.
Please note: Every dog learns at their own pace. Desired outcomes will depend on the length of the dog’s stay with us, as well as the consistency and effort put in by owners at home.
